What is your return policy?

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department at (631) 343-7200.

How do I return a product?

If your product was shipped, contact Customer Service or call (631) 343-7200 for specific instructions.

If you purchased products in our store, return to the store for return processing.

• California and Georgia stores: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.
• Wisconsin stores: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
• Michigan stores: Per state law, alcohol returns may be accepted from a customer, for a cash refund or exchange, an alcoholic liquor product purchased by the customer from the Total Wine & More store, if the product is demonstrably spoiled or contaminated or the container damaged to the extent that the contents would likely be of an unsanitary nature or unfit for consumption.
• Kansas stores: Per Kansas state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date if the product is damaged or defective from the manufacturer.
