Shipping and Delivery Services

We offer both shipping and local delivery options to cater to your needs. Shipping is done through FedEx for wine, spirits, and accessories in states where it is legally permitted. Local delivery service is available for wine, beer, and spirits in selected time slots through third-party delivery services or our in-house delivery team.

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the items in your order and the selected shipping method. The cost will be displayed in your shopping cart and will adjust as you add or remove items.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders placed before 3 p.m. local time will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. We offer several shipping methods, including Overnight, 2-Day Air, and Ground, with Ground shipping typically delivering within one to two business days for most in-state orders.

Weather-Related Shipping Delays

During extreme weather conditions, particularly in the summer months, we may hold wine shipments to protect the quality of your purchase. We will notify you via email if your shipment is delayed and provide updates on our website.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager to manage your delivery. This service is available at no cost and allows you to make adjustments to your delivery as needed.

Receiving Your Order

All orders containing alcohol must be signed for by someone over the age of 21 upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partner will make two additional attempts to deliver it. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the order will be held at the shipper’s distribution center.
